Working-Interest Member Site Explained
The Working-Interest Member Site is the centralized portal for subscribers using the Working-Interest Virtual Auction™ Marketplace. It is designed to unify access to proprietary due diligence tools, structured transaction workflows, account administration, and segmented service areas for buyers, sellers, and auction subscribers.
After logging in, the “Login” link in the upper-right corner of the website header becomes “Account.” Clicking “Account” opens the main Member Site navigation menu, which provides access to the subscriber areas associated with your subscription.
Accessing Your Segmented Portals
The Working-Interest Member Site is organized into three distinct subscriber areas:
Auction Services
Auction Services is the due diligence and auction support portal for subscribers evaluating oil and gas assets offered through third-party auction environments. This area includes access to resources such as auction registration assistance, the Due Diligence Auction Worksheet (DDAW), Max-Bid Value™ (MBV) related valuation support, bid preparation guidance, and post-auction workflow information.
Seller Services
Seller Services is the portal for asset owners seeking to list oil and gas assets within the Working-Interest Virtual Auction™ Marketplace. This area supports the seller process from initial asset submission through automated transaction workflows, including standardized onboarding, listing, structured negotiation, and closing documentation.
Buyer Services
Buyer Services is the portal for subscribers evaluating oil and gas assets within the Working-Interest Virtual Auction™ Marketplace. This area provides access to listing intelligence, valuation support, structured bidding workflows, and transaction resources designed to support disciplined acquisition decisions.

Auction Services Subscribers
Auction Services subscribers receive the broadest access and may be granted entry to Auction Services, Buyer Services, and Seller Services, depending on the applicable subscription structure and platform permissions.

Seller Services Subscribers
